FleetVelos provides tools for trip management, financial tracking, and fleet operations. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the system.
• Complying with local transport and business regulations.

3. Data Accuracy & Liability

While FleetVelos provides robust financial calculation tools (P&L, Trip Hisab), these are for informational purposes. Users should verify all reports for accuracy before making significant business decisions. FleetVelos is not liable for business losses resulting from data entry errors or system downtime.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content provided by FleetVelos are the intellectual property of the service providers. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell any part of the service without explicit permission.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the application interface. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
