• Generate professional Trip Bills and PDF reports.
• Calculate Business Profit & Loss metrics.
• Track Driver salaries and maintenance schedules.
• Provide a digital ledger for party management.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your operational data is stored securely and is only accessible through authorized account credentials. We do not sell or share your fleet information with third-party advertisers.

4. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account at any time through the "My Profile" section of the mobile application. When you choose to delete your account:

• Your account and all associated personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our active systems.
• All your fleet operational data, including trips, driver records, and financial entries, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Access to the platform and your stored history will be immediately and permanently terminated.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the permanent erasure of your data at any time. For any data-related inquiries or formal erasure requests, please contact your system administrator.
